Welcome
“The strawberries were ripe, juicy, ready to eat and beautiful to taste. Let us continue to co-operate with the Spirit, seeking Jesus continually, allowing Him to transform us more and more into His image and likeness, Amen!”

Word
And we all, who … contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into His image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
2 Corinthians 3:18
What if God, who is eternal, …
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth …”), and therefore knows the end from the beginning.
Isaiah 40:28
“I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning …”
Isaiah 46:9-10
… what if He purposed before the creation of the world to make a people for Himself:
For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight.
Ephesians 1:4
Well, He did do this. But one thing the Lord didn’t want was robotic human beings who were basically programmed to worship Him. So He gave us free will such that we could do absolutely anything we wanted to … and we did:
What shall we conclude then? … we have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under the power of sin. As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.”
Romans 3:9-10
God knew that when He gave freewill to His creation it would cost Him the life of His only Beloved Son
… the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.
Revelation 13:8
Such was His desire for close, intimate fellowship that He went ahead and thus began revealing His glory:
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them
Gen. 1:27
You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power; for You have created all things, and for Your pleasure and desire they are, and were created.
Revelation 4:11
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.
Psalm 19:1-2
So whatever God does, reveals His glory, and God reveals His glory with great, great, love and takes fallen, broken, sinful, even spiritually dead people and makes them spiritually alive in Christ,
But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions.
Ephesians 2:4-5
And He continues that work, by His Spirit, of making us more and more into the image and likeness of His Son,
And we all, who … contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into His image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
2 Cor. 3:18
Amen!
Quote of the week
“God is a specialist at making something useful and beautiful out of something broken and confused.”

Verse of the week
Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when He appears we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is.
1 John 3:2
Let’s Pray
Father, You, through Your Son, in the power of Your Spirit, do remarkable things, all to Your glory and praise. Thank You gracious loving Father for taking us broken vessels as we were and transforming our lives into the image of Your Son. Enable us, all the days of our lives here on earth, to become more and more like Him, the One who is the Altogether Lovely One, Jesus Christ, Amen.
