The church building is open each Sunday morning at 10:30, for a service of worship together. All welcome! There are activities for the children each week. There is no longer any requirement to wear a mask in church; however, if you are Covid-cautious, please wear a mask so that everybody knows. If you see somebody wearing a mask, please show respect and allow that person some personal space.
If you are unable to join us in the building, Pastor Harry Pritchard is continuing to prepare a “Service @ Home” each week. You can follow this in your own home.
In normal times, on Sundays, we meet together at 10:30 and 6:30. Communion is on the first Sunday of the month in the evening, and on the third Sunday of the month in the morning. There is a family service in the morning of the final Sunday of each month. The evening services take place in the church lounge and are more informal in nature.
Our calendar is somewhat constrained until the current restrictions are eased:
Sermons at Bethel are available as podcasts. Visit the Podcasts page to select and listen, or to subscribe for regular updates.
During the Coronavirus lockdown we hold a “Zoom” online cell group at 7:00pm each Wednesday. Please contact the church if you would like to join the meeting.
In normal times there are cell groups and prayer meetings on alternate weeks: the cell groups meet on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the evening, and the prayer meetings are held on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm. All welcome at the prayer meeting, but please contact us for location, as we usually meet in people’s homes. There are a variety of other weekday activities: see the Regular Activities page for more.
